Cher Is Shaking Off Her Legal Battles With an Incredibly Loved-Up Pic With Her 38-Year-Old BF
One Hollywood couple that people either love or hate with a passion is Cher and her boyfriend Alexander “AE” Edwards. However, Cher is reminding the world that she doesn’t care what anyone thinks, and is showing that she and Edwards are so in love with this PDA-filled photo.
On Jan 6, the legendary songstress shared a super-rare, PDA-filled photo with her beau Edwards. She shared the photo with X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, with the simple caption reading, “Love is Love.”
In the photo, we see Cher straddling Edwards, with Cher holding onto her beau’s chin with one hand and wrapping her free arm around his upper back. As for Edwards, he’s seen grinning at Cher with his arms around her waist.
This photo comes after news broke of her filing for conservatorship of her son Elijah Blue Allman, per People. It was denied rather quickly, but it seems as though she won’t stop fighting for it. After news of these updates broke, she shared this photo, with many thinking it’s a sign she’s doing fine no matter what.
The pair were first linked together in Nov 2022, and then Cher quickly confirmed they were together. In Dec 2022, engagement rumors came up and about. While neither confirmed the rumors, they were seen packing on the PDA with their rare red-carpet events appearances. They briefly split up in 2023, but have gotten back together (and have been inseparable since).
Despite getting a lot of backlash over their age difference, share has said time and time again that it doesn’t matter when love is involved. Specifically, she acknowledged this previously in Dec 2022 on The Kelly Clarkson Show, saying, “On paper, it’s kind of ridiculous. But, in real life, we get along great. He’s fabulous and I don’t give men qualities that they don’t deserve.”
