Donald Trump to make return to witness stand in fraud trial
Donald Trump will testify on his own behalf for the second time in his $250 million New York trial for alleged business fraud.
Attorneys for Trump said on Monday that the former president would return to the witness stand on Dec. 11.

They said Eric Trump will testify for the defense on Dec. 6. Donald Trump Jr. has previously testified for the defense.
New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron has placed a limited gag order on Trump and his attorneys, but the order has been temporarily stayed while an appeal is heard.
