I live with my husband and ex-husband – they get along and we’ll do this forever, people think we’re weird but that’s OK
A BUSY mom has given a sneak peek at her unconventional living situation with her husband and ex-husband.
She admitted that people think it’s weird, but she doesn’t care because they all get along and plan to live in the home together.
Mom Linzy Taylor (@thelinzytaylor) is a writer, actor and singer with an entertaining lifestyle.
In a TikTok video, she gave a glimpse of a day in her life, as she lived with both her husband and ex.
When the video began, she held up a black T-shirt that read: “I love my ex,” and pressed it against the purple shirt she had on with the same words written.
“I really do live with my ex-husband!” she also emphasized in the video caption.
“I love my ex. Like I truly love my ex-husband. I live with my ex-husband, and my ex? He loves me too,” she said in a voiceover.
“People think we’re weird or whatever, but we are weird and that’s okay,” she added.
As she continued speaking, the clip showed her accomplishing random tasks, such as carrying boxes to her car, picking up a smoothie, spending time with her children, and exercising.
She talked about the tasks she was doing throughout the day.
The family of six also spent some time together in the pool.
“There is nothing more important than spending quality time with my family, and because my husband’s not home, I have a lot more time to spend with my ex-husband,” she detailed.
Linzy spent the end of the video doing yoga, breath work, and other self-care activities.
There were mixed opinions in the comment section of the video.
“I’m not trying to be rude like I really do get your story, but isn’t that considered cheating?” a viewer asked.
“I’m so glad I’m not the only one who still loves their ex. He honestly is one of my BFFs,” another shared.
Another TikTok user chimed in: “It’s so bizarre that people don’t understand that not every divorce is based on anger and hate. You’re not weird. It’s just uncommon to see healthy.”
