A WELLNESS enthusiast has shared a simple dish she ate that helped her lose 145 pounds.
She walked viewers through how she put a healthy spin on bacon cheeseburgers that helped her reach her current shape.
Eryka (@erykaengland) is very proud of her 145-pound weight loss.
She documented her journey and the diet she followed along the way to successfully reach her goals.
In a TikTok video, she shared her take on a tasty fast-food meal that was high in protein.
First, she put a package of ground beef in a medium-sized bowl and seasoned it with onion powder, garlic powder, and steak seasoning before mixing it all together.
Then, she weighed individual meatballs on a food scale at four ounces, wrapped them in parchment paper, and squashed them.
Next, she chopped up a head of lettuce, pickles, diced tomatoes, sliced onions, and cut up pepper-jack and cheddar cheeses.
In the last step, she melted the cheese on top of the cooked beef burgers.
Eryka layered the dish by placing the lettuce at the base, then onions, pickles, cheese, air-fried bacon bits, and, finally, the cheeseburger.
She topped off the spread with her homemade ranch dressing.
