LOVE Island fans have been left baffled after Mitch made a big relationship move in tonight’s episode, despite calling partner Ella B ‘fake.’
The Sheffield-based gas engineer was again at the centre of attention during last night’s Love Island as he confided in the boys.
His unexpected confession came as Mitch doubted his connection with Ella B, before dubbing her “fake.”
But as he enjoyed a final date with Ella B tonight in a stunning setting, Mitch decided to make things exclusive with the blonde bombshell.
He also failed to bring up the fact that he thinks Ella B is “fake,” instead breezing over last night’s confession and instead sharing a kiss and a dance together.
Mitch said: “I want to be exclusive with you,” as he poured his heart out to Ella B.
Baffled fans took to social media to coin Mitch as ‘fake,’ as one person wrote: “He is so two-faced omg.”
Another said: “Going exclusive? Mitch is the fakest person ever,” and a third echoed: “HOW was Mitch calling Abi B fake last night to all the boys and now he’s on this date with her saying all this s*** about how happy he is with her? Mitch take a look in the mirror, you’re the fake one.”
Someone else wrote: “Messy Mitch is such a liar about it’s done,” and another added: “Nah mitch has split personality or something no one he says she’s proper fake then 12 hours later he wouldn’t wanna be there with anyone else.”
As Mitch and Ella B returned to the villa, they separated to sit with the boys and girls to tell them their exclusive news.
But the Islanders appeared to be as baffled as viewers as they found out the pair’s next relationship steps.
Mitch said that he has ‘clarity’ and has made it exclusive – the boys were left confused.
When Ella B told the girls, Molly and Whitney gave each other a look after finding out that Mitch had called Ella B “fake.”
