Woman reveals cunning way to beat the Cost of Living Crisis by eating waste food – and people think it’s genius
A SAVVY woman has taken to social media to show off the clever way she’s beating the Cost of Living Crisis.
Sarah, who posts on TikTok with her mum, love saving money by grabbing Too Good To Go bags for their dinner.

They managed to get their hands on £12.30 worth of grub for just £2.59.
The bag included a caramel doughnut, a chicken bake, a corn beef pasty, a roast chicken and bacon sandwich, and a ham and cheese baguette.
The Too Good To Go app connects people with food chains as well as supermarkets with leftover food that would otherwise be thrown away.
Because the food would otherwise go to waste, app users can get major discounts on their favourite foods.
All you need to is pay through the app and show up at your given time, usually before they close, to get the food, which is usually a surprise.
Sarah was impressed with the bag of food from Greggs, and was happy to have saved the food from going to waste while also bagging a great deal.
She shared the food haul on TikTok where it’s amassed over 68k views.
“Gregg’s never disappoints with their bags,” she captioned the video.
Other deal hunters were impressed with how much food the bag contained too.
One said: “I love the Greggs ones, I had 16 sausage rolls, five pasties, and two baguette the other day in mine.”
A second commented: “Gregg’s is amazing and the staff are always cheerful.”
“Greggs is hit or miss, but you always get your money’s worth,” another said.
