My lazy girl dinner is great when I don’t feel like cooking but still want healthy food – I finish with a cheese dupe
A FITNESS fan has shared her quick lazy girl dinner that is great for people who don’t like cooking but still want to be healthy.
She showed viewers how to make the dairy-free signature dish in a TikTok video.

In a TikTok video, she opted to be more laid back as she showed viewers how to make a quick dairy-free, and healthy dish.
She brought them into her kitchen and walked them through how to make her one-pan chicken parmesan.
“My go-to when I don’t feel like cooking, but when I still feel like eating something healthy that tastes good,” she described the meal in the video.
First, she told her audience to take one chicken breast and whatever vegetables they want, though she used broccoli.
“I’m using frozen veggies because I’m a little lazy,” she admitted.
Next, she drizzled olive oil and seasoning on both foods before she placed them into her oven which she cooked at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes.
After removing the glass pan from the oven, she covered the chicken in Cucina Antica Tomato Basil sauce and Spread’EmKitchen dairy-free cheese.
“I like to use the cream plant-based cheese rather than shredded,” she said.
After, she popped the pan back into the oven at 450 degrees for a few additional minutes.
Upon removing it from the oven a second time, she put pesto on the cooked broccoli.
“Pesto on anything tastes amazing,” she claimed.
For a final touch, she sprinkled Wholier nutritional yeast in a sweet cayenne flavor over the completed dinner.
“Cheese dupe,” she said jokingly.
After taking a bite, the blonde did a happy dance as the video came to a close.
Many people enjoyed Christina’s chicken parmesan recipe.
“Tried this today and it is so good,” a fan praised.
“This is honestly a great idea. I complicate dinners too much, too often,” another commented.
“Ooh yum, I love nutritional yeast. Thanks for the idea!” another TikTok user added.
