Dragons’ Den fans cringe as dragons have ‘toe-curling’ argument and shout ‘be quiet’ in front of business hopeful
DRAGONS’ Den fans have been left cringing after the dragons had a brutal “toe-curling” argument in front of a business hopeful.
Steven Bartlett and Touker Suleyman were seen embarking on a war of words as they battled to speak to businesswoman Cassie.

Businesswoman Cassie was seen stumbling over the numbers as she was quizzed by the investors over her annual earnings.
Things took a chaotic turn after it was revealed she had made losses on the eco-friendly brand, leaving the dragons interrupting each other as they tried to find out more.
Instead of focusing on the pitch, Steven and Touker got busy arguing after the Social Chain CEO interrupted the fashion retail entrepreneur.
Touker kickstarted the debate, questioning Cassie on where she planned to spend the £70,000 investment she was asking for.
“What are you going to spend the £70,000 on?” Touker said, to which she replied: “Getting a new business development manager in full time.”
“Do you know what you need? A CEO – a real experienced operator to run the business,” Steven then chimed in.
But Touker was furious, and hit out: “Steven, if you keep interrupting me while I’m talking – I’ll never get anywhere.”
“You weren’t saying anything,” he sassily clapped back, to which Touker replied: “It’s the third time you’ve interrupted me.”
“Have you watched Dragons’ Den before, Touker?” Steven then hit out, as Touker concluded: “Yes, now keep quiet.”
Fans at home were left cringing, and took to Twitter to hit out that the TV moment was totally “toe-curling”.
“Watching Touker and Steven catfighting in front of the entrepreneurs is so toe-curling I can’t get my shoes off,” one wrote.
A second chimed in: “Touker has had a real general bee in his bonnet,” as a third added: “What’s the beef between Touker and Stephen?”
A fourth said: “The looks between them and Touker’s rudeness geez, awks,” while a fifth penned: “Steven and Touker should get a room.”
As someone else joked to give them some “boxing gloves”, a sixth concluded: “Touker is angrier than a snake in a sack being poked with a sharp stick.”
Dragons’ Den airs on Thursday’s at 8pm on BBC One
