Zola Tongo paid his respects on her murder’s 12th anniversary and said: “What I did breaks my heart.”

“It’s in my mind every day. I want to tell her father, I’m really sorry for my involvement in taking his daughter’s life.
“I hope he will have a long life and find peace.
