SHAPEWEAR is meant to cinch, pinch, and tuck away parts of your body, and no silhouette is more physics-defying than Kim Kardashian’s.
Maybe that’s why one woman was shocked to unpack her brand new SKIMS shapewear and find a bodysuit that looked fit for a newborn, not a mom.
Best friends Catherine Belknap and Natalie Telfer are both moms, with seven kids between them – and 1.2million followers on TikTok.
When Belknap ordered a SKIMS bodysuit, she opened it and tried it on for the duo’s followers, but her BFF Telfer couldn’t believe what she was seeing.
As Belknap held up the tiny garment, Telfer thought it must be for her toddler daughter.
“Is this for Chloe’s dance class?” she asked.

“We’re all going to see if it fits,” Belknap told her bestie and the camera.
Telfer insisted there was no way “a grown woman” could fit in the garment, as Belknap took off her shoes and prepared to squeeze the one-piece on over her clothes.
“This is like a baby’s onesie,” said the horrified mom. “A newborn. A preemie!”
Telfer also grabbed another shapewear garment from behind a chair and held it up to show the difference.

“Mine looks like a grown-*ss wrestling outfit,” she said by way of comparison.
Any confidence Belknap had in her ability to squeeze into the SKIMS started to dissipate as she pulled the outfit on.
“Oh, God,” she said, struggling to ease it over her thighs and hips.
“It looks like a sausage casing,” Telfer said, providing helpful commentary while Belknap struggled. “Does that hurt?”
Eventually, Belknap begged for mercy. “Help me!” she implored Telfer.
Her friend stretched the back of the garment while Belknap pulled it over her chest.
“Oh, boy,” Belknap said once the onesie was finally on. “Does this make me look better?” she asked as she turned around.
“I don’t know,” Telfer said. “You look the same.”
Panting and visibly exhausted, Belknap swore. “So I just put a really tight suit on for no f***ing reason,” she said as Telfer laughed.

She resolved to give the super-snug outfit another chance – off-camera, where she could take off the pants and bra she wore underneath.
“The verdict’s out,” Belknap told viewers at the end of the video, while Telfer laughed at her apparently-fruitless efforts.
