Winks grew up as a Tottenham fan and joined the academy at the age of five.
The 26-year-old has made over 200 first team appearances for the North London side and has been capped 10 times by England.
The defensive midfielder made 30 appearances in all competitions last season but started only nine league games all season, the last of which came at the end of February.
Everton are rumoured to be the team most likely to make a move for the midfielder, with Frank Lampard’s side desperate to improve on a very disappointing campaign last time out.
The Toffees, who only survived relegation from the top flight for the first time since 1951 on the penultimate day of the season, will be looking to strengthen their squad this summer.
Fabian Delph has left the club as a free agent already, and the contracts of fellow midfielders Allan, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Tom Davies all expire at the end of next season, so central midfield could be an area for development within the Everton side.
Harry Winks next club odds
Sky Bet odds
- Everton – 5/2
- Southampton – 5/1
- Leeds – 6/1
- Leicester – 6/1
- Crystal Palace – 12/1
- Newcastle – 18/1
- Bournemouth – 22/1

Southampton are also thought to be interested in Winks, with Sky Bet pricing a move to the Saints at 5/1.
James Ward-Prowse is being heavily linked with a move away from the St Mary’s Stadium and with Oriol Romeu’s contract running out in 2023, so Ralph Hasenhuttl could be without both of his first choice central midfielders this time next year.
Winks brings international and Champions League experience, having played a key part in Spurs’ run to the final in 2019, so could prove a valuable asset to any Premier League midfield.
Central midfield is also an area where Leeds are needing to recruit in.
Kalvin Phillips looks set for a move to Manchester City this summer and the rest of the midfielders at the club struggled last year as the club survived relegation on the final day of the season.
Leicester, like Leeds, are priced at 6/1 with Sky Bet to secure the signature of the Englishman for next season.
Current central midfielder Youri Tielemans is heavily linked with a move away from the King Power Stadium, and Nampalys Mendy and Hamza Choudhury have deals expiring soon.
Brendan Rodgers is thought to be under the impression that Winks would be a valuable addition to the Leicester squad.
Crystal Palace and Newcastle are among the other names that have been mentioned relating to Winks, with Sky Bet rating their chances at 12/1 and 18/1 respectively.
