Kanye West fans reveal wild theory that Pete Davidson ‘sabotaged’ Donda 2 concert and created major audio issues
KANYE West fans found an EAZY target for his Donda 2 show’s major audio issues.
After the concert, which saw Ye drop his mic in frustration, some supporters dropped a wild theory that Pete Davidson “sabotaged” the whole thing.

Ye unveiled more lyrical threats seemingly against ex Kim Kardashian’s new man, Pete, 28, including putting someone’s “security at risk.”
“Never take the family picture off the fridge. Never stand between a man and his kids. Y’all ain’t got enough security for this,” he rapped.
Also at risk was the show’s audio, with glitches causing Ye to hurl his mic to the ground while performing his track Jail 2 alongside Marilyn Manson due to the noticeable technical troubles.
Fans flooded social media with memes of the moment soon afterward.
One wrote: “The audio team is going to jail tonight #DONDA2 #KanyeWest #ye go ahead and throw that mic again.”
But soon after, Reddit trolls found a Saturday Night Live scapegoat, titling a wild thread: “The Person Behind The Audio At The Donda Performance,” linking to a photo of a young Pete doing comedy and holding a mic.

Perhaps equally comedic were the seemingly earnest supporters of the theory about the man who began dating Kim, 41, last October.
“Big if true,” one user trolled.
“Imagine this M-F be pullin’ cords backstage,” wrote another, fanning the flames about the comedian who was not said to be in Miami, where the show was.
“I like how we always have our sense of humor to get us through the many, many difficult times,” a third devotee chimed in, grounding the conversation.
“Kanye got so much ongoing beef, someone prob got paid to f**k something up,” wrote another getting the conspiracies back on rhythm.
They added: “Wouldn’t even have to be a sound engineer, anyone with access at the right time.”
Fans were clearly upset after the show since even on Instagram Live, where it was live-streamed, things were frustratingly faulty too.

DONDA DISSES
During the gig, Kanye used a snippet from Kim Kardashian’s SNL monologue, which featured jokes at Pete’s expense.
He also kicked off a new song with a recording of his estranged wife, in which she said: “I married the best rapper of all time.

“Not only that, he’s the richest Black man in America.”
He also performed Eazy – the Pete diss track he released back in January, which saw him threaten to “beat Pete Davidson’s a**.”
The diss track came shortly after his ex and Davidson were spotted packing on the PDA during a secret L.A. pizza date, The Sun reported exclusively.
The couple was spotted at Jon & Vinny’s Italian restaurant, holding hands and hugging while waiting for their meal.
Kim and Pete were first linked in October 2021 when they kissed on SNL, months after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum filed for divorce from the rapper in February 2021.
Meanwhile, Kanye had a short-lived relationship with Julia Fox, 31, before they split earlier this month.
Since then he’s warred against his ex and her new man, begging for her back with rage-filled memes.
In one of Kanye’s many subsequent online attacks, he called Pete a “d**khead” and accused him of “destroying” their family.
Kim and Kanye were married for nearly seven years, sharing kids North, eight; Saint, six; Chicago, four; and Psalm, two.
LATE REGISTRATION
Many fans were also furious over Kanye’s empty promises after he failed to release the new album at midnight.
The album was set to drop overnight on February 22, 2022, and fans took to Twitter with their annoyance when it did not materialize at that time.
“Where’s #donda2 lol. That album is never coming out,” one complained, with another ranting, “IS #DONDA2 HAPPENING???? that’s all i want to know.”
The album was then said to be streaming exclusively on Kanye’s new STEM player.
Pete, for his part, has kept mostly quiet, though he did subtly shade Kanye by putting a YouTube video of Rupert Pupkin from the King of Comedy performing into his Instagram bio.
In the clip, the character played by Robert De Niro said: “Better to be king for a night than schmuck for a lifetime.”
