Redmond pled not guilty to all charges and was denied bail by a judge.
What other charges has he faced?
Prior to being arrested, Redmond was wanted by police in connection to a week-long crime spree in the Venice Beach and Palms neighborhoods.
In addition to the charges he faced for the alleged convenience store robbery; Redmond was also charged with attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of brandishing a knife, and one count of battery.
Prosecutors said Redmond randomly attacked five men, seriously injuring at least two of the victims.
