Boy, 5, rescued from 100ft well in Morocco has died
A five-year-old boy who spent four days trapped in a well in Morocco has died.
Rescuers had been frantically trying to dig down to the youngster, who fell into the 100ft-deep well in the village of Ighran, Chefchaouen province, on Tuesday.
They finally managed to pull him to the surface tonight, but his condition was unknown.
The King of Morroco confirmed on Twitter that the little boy, identified as Rayan Awram, sadly did not survive.
