Jamie Redknapp apologises to wife Frida after dad Harry makes football joke about their son
JAMIE Redknapp apologised to his wife Frida after his dad Harry made a joke about her native Sweden.
The legendary football manager, 74, was shown holding the couple’s baby son Raphael over Christmas.
Jamie Redknapp apologised for dad Harry’s remark about Sweden[/caption]He said: “Raph, if you’re in the garden with that football and you practice harder, if you are going to play for England, we need you to practice.”
Harry then jokingly told his grandson: “If you don’t practice, you’re playing for Sweden.”
Jamie, who posted the video on his Instagram page, was heard laughing off camera.
But apologising to both his wife and legendary Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimović Jamie captioned the video: “Harry’s Christmas message to Raphael!
“Sorry Frida. No offence Sweden. No offence Zlatan!”
Jamie spent the special day with his son Raphael and wife Frida, 38, with his parents Harry and Sandra, as well as his eldest sons.

Sharing a picture of them all round the table, Jamie said: “Happy Christmas from the Redknapp’s . Hope you had the best day with your families.”
Ex-footballer Jamie had sleeping Raphael on his lap as wife Frida sat behind with her arm wrapped around him.
Since his birth four weeks ago, he and Frida have shared a handful of snaps of their son.
Jamie recently showed his mum Sandra meeting her grandson, and also included one of the tot with his lookalike brother Mark.
In the pictures proud nan Sandra can be seen gazing down at little Raphael, while 51-year-old Mark is holding out a finger for the baby.
Jamie wrote: “This makes me so happy. First time Raphael met his nanny and uncle Mark.”
He and his new wife Frida Andersson welcomed Raphael last month, just five weeks after they tied the knot.
