JAMES ‘Arg’ Argent enjoyed a day at the pool with Ferne McCann after revealing his four stone weight loss.
The 33-year-old star is a keen swimmer, and his former Towie castmate was excited to join him for a dip earlier today.
Filming the moment that they met up before hitting the leisure centre, Ferne told followers: “He’s arrived! Looking well.”
Arg was clearly in high spirits as he quipped in response: “Tall, dark, and handsome.”
Jokingly pulling a face, Ferne teased back: “If you say so,” before adding: “We’re going swimming!”
She then posted a selfie from the changing rooms, with Arg beaming with a towel wrapped around his waist while Ferne leans into him and pouts wearing a blue bikini.
Arg recently showed off the scars from his gastric sleeve surgery as he gave a double thumbs up while posing by a pool.
He spoke of the many benefits that he gets from swimming at the time, telling fans that it helps keep him mentally healthy as well as physically.
The star has lost four stone following life-saving weight loss surgery earlier this year after ballooning to almost 27 stone during lockdown.
He hopes to slim down to 16st after having half his stomach removed during the £10,000 procedure.
Earlier today, The Sun revealed that Arg is set to reunite with his ex Lydia Bright as he moves on from on/ off girlfriend Gemma Collins.
The pair have met up on several occasions over the last few weeks and are rekindling their romance, with a source telling us that Arg is “very keen” to take things to the next level.

The insider added: “Lydia is a little more coy though. It’s something Arg wants to happen as she was the love of his life.”
The pair first dated when they were teens and their eight year romance was documented on ITVBe series The Only Way Is Essex.
Arg similarly had an on-off relationship with Gemma, who we revealed was back with ex Rami Hawash last month.
