Thrifty shopper spots Chanel make-up dupe in Primark for a tiny £4 – and people are racing in store to grab one
EVEN the most basic make-up kits will set you back a hefty fee because beauty fans will know that cosmetics certainly don’t come cheap.
And while luxury brands such as Chanel and Dior are seriously dreamy, the price tag attached is enough to turn you off for good.
It’s not all bad news for us thrifty shoppers though, as an eagle-eyed Primark fan has spotted a Chanel bronzer dupe for a fraction of the price.
Primark’s Bronzed Whip Velvet Cream Bronzer is just £4 compared to it’s very pricey £43 counterpart, and people are racing in store to grab one.
First to the scene was bargain shopper Lauren who shared the find on her TikTok page What Lauren Found.
“Chanel dupe in primark,” she wrote in the caption of the video, before showing off the pretty make-up find.

The creamy bronzer comes in a see-through round pot with a super luxe gold lid.
While the packaging differs from Chanel’s iconic black and white design, the creamy swirl of the product inside looks exactly the same.
Lauren also said it’s “so creamy” and that’s enough proof for us.
Her video has racked up quite the response from eager beauty fans desperate to get their hands on one.
“I need this,” one person wrote, while another added: “I want it.”
One person who’s already tried it said: “This bronzer is amazing.”
Another beauty fan even reckons the Primark version is BETTER than the pricey Chanel version.
She wrote: “Nope the primark one is better it blends better and everything. I bought the chanel one and it’s hard to blend sorry I have to agree with you hun best. [sic]”
