Ozil could finally be on his way out of North London[/caption]And according to football.london, DC United have offered Ozil, 32, an ‘attractive’ package to join the club, with negotiations at an ‘advanced stage’.
The deal would include an expansion of the Gunners midfielder’s M10 brand around the States.
And Ozil’s ’39 Steps Coffee’ would also be distributed around their Audi Field Stadium.
The American side are convinced that the German can be the ‘face of their club’ moving forward.
They also plan to release a full Ozil merchandise line.
Arsenal’s former talisman hasn’t played in ten months, having been frozen out by boss Mikel Arteta.
Ozil failed to make the Spaniard’s 25-man Premier League or Europa League squads, but remains a vocal cheerleader for his team-mates on social media.
Most recently, he heaped praise on his youthful successor in the No10 position Emile Smith Rowe.
He wrote: “Nice game my boys! Great spirit – 3 wins in a row.
“Team looks good with a No10 like Emile Smith Rowe – the difference maker.”
