Two October Online Courses in Equine First Aid!
Are you equipped with the proper first aid training?
Working with and caring for a horse is both an exciting and rewarding experience, however, it can be frightening when an unexpected emergency arises. Interested in learning more about the health and safety of equines, and what you can do to keep them safe? Whether you’re an owner, trainer, groomer, barn manager or rider, everyone can benefit from this kind of training.
The AEF and Equine Guelph are offering two online courses in October!
Equine First Aid: October 7th – 14th, 2019
“This course was amazing. I learned so many new things as well as refreshed what I already knew about equine first aid. The instructors are so thorough and really drive the information home with you so it sticks. As much as I don’t want to be in a situation where I have to use what I learned in this course, I feel that I could use what I learned and be confident doing so.”
~ Paige Kreutzwiser, Owner and Student – Equine First Aid course
Sickness Prevention in Horses: October 21st-November 1st, 2019
“The Sickness Prevention in Horses short online course on the Equine Guelph’s Horse Portal was informative, with practical details for protecting our horses from contamination and from spreading pathogens.”
~ J. Heatherington – EC Certified Coach and Student, Sickness Prevention in Horses course
