Ella Pamfilova held bilateral meetings with leaders of election bodies of foreign countries during the International Conference
On 6 September 2019, within the framework of the International Conference “Digitalization of Election Process. Humanitarian dimension”, Chairperson of the CEC of Russia Ella Pamfilova held a number of bilateral meetings with leaders of election bodies of foreign countries.
Ella Pamfilova, Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, and Sadi Güven, Chairperson of the Supreme Electoral Court of the Republic of Turkey signed the Protocol on Cooperation between their two election bodies.
During the ensuing conversation, the parties noted their interest in developing cooperation in the electoral sphere, exchanging information and studying each other's experience in organizing elections, including in the field of introducing the latest technologies into the election process.
Chairman of the CEC of Russia Ella Pamfilova and Chief Election Commissioner of the Election Commission of the People's Republic of Bangladesh K.M. Nurul Huda signed the Protocol on Cooperation between the election commissions of the two countries.
During the conversation, the parties emphasized their interest in developing bilateral cooperation in the field of organizing and conducting elections, introducing new technologies into the election process, as well as interacting at international venues, in particular within the framework of the Association of Asian Election Authorities.
Ella Pamfilova and Chairman of the General Election Commission of the Republic of Indonesia Arief Budiman signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the election commissions of the two countries.
The parties praised the established cooperation between the election bodies of the two countries and expressed confidence in the further development and strengthening of cooperation both on a bilateral basis and within relevant international organizations.
Ella Pamfilova, the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation and Vladimir Dmitrievich, the Chairman of the Republican Election Commission of the Republic of Serbia signed the Protocol on Cooperation between the election commissions of the two countries.
During the conversation, the heads of the Commissions noted that the signing of the Protocol will give impetus to the development of bilateral cooperation in the electoral sphere, will allow them to share practical experience in the field of introducing modern technologies into the election process.
On 8 September 2019 in Moscow, Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova and Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Bulgaria Stefka Savova Stoeva the signed the Protocol on Cooperation between the election commissions of the two countries.
The parties noted that the signing of the Protocol lays the foundation for the development of cooperation between the election commissions of the two countries, exchange of knowledge and experience in the electoral sphere and interaction within relevant international institutions.
