LAKE MARY, Fla. — LPT Realty is accelerating its expansion in Canada with the addition of two of the country’s top-performing real estate organizations: The Jennifer Jones Team in York Region, Ontario, and Getty Group in Calgary, Alberta.
Together, the teams bring more than 150 agents and approximately $480 million in 2025 sales volume to the LPT platform, marking a significant step forward in the company’s international growth strategy.
Both organizations joined LPT independently, drawn by a model designed for today’s real estate landscape: one centered on agent choice, flexible compensation, integrated marketing systems, and high-impact training.
A top Canadian producer makes a strategic move
Jennifer Jones, one of Canada’s most decorated real estate professionals, has built her business on consistent top-tier performance and visible leadership within the industry. She is currently ranked No. 15 out of more than 95,000 agents on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), No. 3 in York Region, and No. 1 in Georgina.
