Constellation Software Inc., Topicus.com Inc. and Lumine Group Inc. Announce Annual Meetings

TORONTO, April 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Topicus.com Inc. (“Topicus”) (TSXV:TOI) annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET using a hybrid meeting format with proceedings conducted via live webcast and in person.   The Lumine Group Inc. (“Lumine Group”) (TSXV:LMN) annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 8:15 a.m. ET using a hybrid meeting format with proceedings conducted via live webcast and in person. The Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation” or “CSI”) (TSX:CSU) annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. ET using a hybrid meeting format with proceedings conducted via live webcast and in person.

The Topicus meeting, Lumine meeting, and Constellation meeting will take place in person at Delta Hotels Toronto, 75 Lower Simcoe Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 3A6. Individuals who plan to attend any of the meetings in person are requested to register in advance by May 8, 2026 online at https://cvent.me/mRQ94A. This registration is to assist in tracking the number of in person meeting attendees and is in addition to, and not a substitute for, the appointment of a proxyholder.

Similar to the Constellation annual shareholder meetings held in prior years, members of the Constellation, Topicus, and Lumine Group senior management team will be participating in a joint question and answer period. The question and answer period will commence at 9:00 a.m. ET, following the formal portion of the Constellation shareholder meeting. Constellation, Lumine Group and Topicus shareholders can join this question and answer period in person at Delta Hotels Toronto, 75 Lower Simcoe Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 3A6 or virtually through the following link https://meetnow.global/MMT5Q4H.  

While we will answer some questions posed during the virtual question and answer period, shareholders will also have the opportunity to pose questions in advance.

Questions will be organized thematically, consolidated and then posed at the virtual meeting to the respective management teams.

If any of the meetings run longer than anticipated, the subsequent meetings or joint question and answer period may begin after the scheduled start time. We encourage shareholders to join the meetings in advance of the scheduled start time and, for those joining the virtual meetings, to remain logged in until the live webcast begins.
