Westchester Knicks guard Dink Pate commits to Providence
BY ALEJANDRO LOPEZ
Providence has landed an NBA G-League guard for its 2026 recruiting class.
Westchester Knicks guard Dink Pate will play for the Friars next season, according to ESPN.
Pate denied two-way and 10-day opportunities in order to maintain eligibility. The former G-League Ignite player averaged 16 points per game this season as he looks to make his collegiate debut at Providence.
Pate was a former top-30 recruit out of high-school. He will join San Diego State transfer Miles Byrd, who Providence acquired Thursday, in Friar town.
