Janel Parrish Reportedly Splits from Husband Chris Long, Spotted Getting 'Cozy' with Sasha Farber

Janel Parrish has reportedly split from her husband and she’s also sparking dating rumors with someone new.

TMZ reports that Janel and her husband Chris Long “have been separated for a few months” after more than seven years of marriage.

Janel has previously revealed that she fell in with Chris in September 2016 at a Dave and Buster’s. His most recent Instagram post was from September 2025, when he celebrated their seven-year anniversary.

“Here’s to seven beautiful years with this beauty ????????,” Chris wrote at the time. Janel commented on that post and said, “I love you hubby!!! ????????✨.”

Hours after TMZ posted the report of Janel‘s split from her husband, DeuxMoi shared multiple tips that they received about her.

DeuxMoi is reporting that Janel has been spending time with Dancing With the Stars pro dancer Sasha Farber.

While Janel competed as a contestant on the show back in 2014, coming in third place, Sasha was not a pro on that season.

DeuxMoi’s sources are claiming that Janel and Sasha “were together on Easter and two other nights this week alone.” Another insider said they were spotted “dining together at Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. Getting really cozy.”

The stars have not yet commented on the rumored dating speculation, but Sasha did just share a video of them dancing together. He captioned the video, “She’s still got it @janelparrish ????.” Janel commented, “???????????? thanks for dancing with me as I laughed in your ear very loudly.”
