Civil court to decide squatters’ issue in Cuttack's Nuapada: Orissa high court
The Orissa High Court has refused to order the removal of alleged encroachments on two plots in Cuttack's Nuapada area. The court stated that the issue of whether the land is public or private involves disputed facts that must be decided by a civil court. Parties have been granted liberty to pursue their claims in the civil court.
