Man gets 20 years in jail for raping 14-year-old girl
A special Pocso court in Sambalpur has sentenced a man to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for raping a 14-year-old girl in 2020. The accused, who was a juvenile at the time, was also fined Rs 50,000. The court ordered Rs 15 lakh compensation for the survivor, who became pregnant and gave birth to a child.
