The record-breaking “Hooligan” group performed through torrential rain, working their way through nearly two dozen of their smash hits and new songs from their Arirang album.
RM addressed the crowd at one point amid concerns about his ankle injury resulting in a torn ligament, which sidelined him during rehearsals. He sat on a throne during a “meet the audience” segment.
“It’s been three weeks [since the injury] so the doctor said I can perform. It’s not that big of a deal. We just wanted to give it our all today,” he said to the crowd, via BBC.
This tour is their first official trek since 2021-2022′s Permission to Dance on Stage, taking a four year hiatus while the members completed their mandatory military service in South Korea.
Along with album cuts from their most recent record, the group also performed classics like “Fake Love,” “Dynamite” and “Mic Drop.” They’ll be performing two more times at the venue before continuing around the world. Click here for tickets and tour dates!
