Gasps as Republican drops racist slur during heated live interview with TMZ

Social media influencer Dan Bilzerian shocked TMZ on Wednesday when he used a racial epithet in a conversation about his congressional opponent Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL).

Bilzerian has reportedly filed paperwork to challenge Fine in the Florida congressional race and made several comments during a live interview when he was challenged by TMZ executive producers Harvey Levin and Charles Latibeaudiere.

"You called your opponent 'this fat Jew,'" Levin said. "So he's not from Israel, but you called a guy in Florida 'this fat Jew.' How is that not antisemitic?"

Bilzerian replied with a bizarre response.

"Well, he's a Jewish supremacist," Bilzerian said. "He puts Israel before America and I think that he should be tried for treason."

Levin pushed back on his response during the clash. He asked Bilzerian if he had a Black friend he didn't like, and whether he would use a racial slur on that person.

"Is Jew the same as n----?" Bilzerian said, as someone in the TMZ newsroom audibly gasped. "Because one is a slur and one is describing a religion, so you can't compare the two."

Charles Latibeaudiere, who is Black, described why using that racial slur was problematic.

Bilzerian then tried to argue that "people are too sensitive."
