EXCLUSIVE: Esteemed Attorney Peter Ticktin Throws His Hat in the Ring to Become the NEXT ATTORNEY GENERAL of the United States — Read His SOLID Agenda Below

A message from Attorney Peter Ticktin:

I have thrown my hat in the ring to become the next AG, as I don’t know who else could do the job.  There is Ed Martin, who the RINOs cannot accept because he dared to represent J6ers.  Otherwise, he is the only one capable.

There are many others who know how to run big companies or agencies, but they don’t realize that we are at war and need to fix the whole department.

Many will respond to the threats on their lives by backing off, and many are not inspired to undermine the conspiracy which took over America for 4 years and is looking to take it again.      

I know that some are saying that I don’t have a chance of getting Senate approval, because of my 2 suspensions from the Florida Bar, but in the serious prosecution for a conflict of interest, I was literally found to be of “high moral character and reputation” in the Final Judgment, and my honesty was applied as a mitigating factor. 

The other charge was based on my paying a New York lawyer a referral fee. 

There are always going to be problems, but these are easy to overcome except for those who have the political will to frustrate Donald Trump from getting his replacement in place.

In any event, the reason that we need me to assume the office is the need to get to the bottom of the insurrection which is against Donald Trump; possibly even bringing extreme judges, former AUSAs and others to justice; and to end the over-policing of businesses and entrepreneurs where minor transgressions have been treated as major crimes.

Also, if and when I am appointed as the next AG, I will immediately form different working groups to do the following on a short leash:

1. ELECTION INTERFERENCE

1. 1. We have sufficient information and evidence at this point to prosecute numerous individuals.  We have evidence of phone chips in the tabulators and of the massive plan to rig our elections and to take over our country.  This includes leaders of Dominion (foreign and domestic) such as Eric Coomer down to individuals in different states, such as Jena Grizwold (Colorado Secretary of State) who admits wiping hard drives clean and overwriting on them which is a clear violation of federal law.  She did this in 62 counties in Colorado, and no one cares, even though she pushed to put Tina Peters in prison, and is still pushing for that, as she runs for AG of Colorado. 
   2. We know the identity of Ballot box stuffers who should be questioned and charged or used to go up the chain.
   3. We have deep state actors who were involved in planning to break windows and enter the Capitol on J6.  They plotted long before the election.  We know who they are and have them on video tapes.
   4. We need to determine who manipulated the Voter Rolls.
   5. Immediately investigate the manipulation of the elections in the 3 states (North Carolina, Arkansas, and Texas) where the primaries occurred this year.      

2. WEAPONIZATION

Weaponization is not the wrongful pursuit of crimes committed by those protected by fame or politics, but rather the wrongful targeting of those individuals and then looking for a crime, or worse,  inventing a crime, as they did with Donald Trump.

It is a 2-edged sword and needs to be cleaned up by: First. making sure that we go after crimes, not after people, and Secondly, bringing to justice those who aided in the Insurrection by weaponizing against innocent people.

Those innocent people include the J6 Defendants, people in President Trump’s circle, such as Michael Flynn and Peter Navaro, albeit that some are AUSAs, some were judges, and a myriad of others.  Those who persecuted Donald Trump and others must be accountable.  There are untold MAGA supporters who were wrongfully prosecuted.

Meanwhile, we have real criminals who have committed serious crimes, such as the sale of influence by Hunter Biden, the theft of untold $ millions by the Clinton Foundation and its owners from Haiti funds, alone.  The fact that Adam Schiff and Leticia James are not charged for their mortgage crimes is disturbing, at best. 

The next AG must move promptly to do the following:

1. 1. Restart the Weaponization Department probably with Ed Martin, and fund it well.
      Clear victims of targeting carefully by dismissing cases and recommending pardons for victims of the following:

1. 1. 1. 1. Parents who attended and complained to Boards of Education;
         2. Police who were charged with excessive force, if appropriate;
         3. Cybercurrency participants;
         4. Doctors who prescribed Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine, or opposed the COVID vaccination.
         5. The upper middleclass entrepreneurs who support MAGA. 

1. 2. Determine the AUSAs who remain in the DOJ who pursued cases to put innocent Americans in prison.

1. 3. Remove Assistant Attorney General for Administration, Jolene Ann Lauria, from being able to starve initiatives, such she did to Ed Martin.

1. 4. Those who committed crimes and seem to be in a protected class, including Hillary Clinton, The Clinton Foundation, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Fauci, Obama, Swalwell, Soros, Raskin, Thompson (and other members of the J6 Committee) Jack Smith, Matthew Graves, Michael Horowitz, Schiff, Laticia James, and more.  These investigations should be fair.  If there is innocence, that innocence must be acknowledged, but if they are guilty of crimes, which include conspiracies (which extend the Statutes of Limitations), they must be brought to justice with alacrity.

3. JANUARY 6 EVENTS

3. 1. Investigate and indict or file Informations for those who planned J6 prior to the election.  We have videos of planning from the Left as early as September 2020;
   2. Determine any criminal activity by the “Select Committee,” including destruction of evidence;
   3. Determine when did the 274 FBI operatives got assigned to J6, and determine who arranged it and for what purpose;
   4. Determine who participated in the murder of Ashley Babbitt;
   5. Determine who participated in the homicidal beating of Roseann Boyland;
   6. Determine who started to fire percussion grenades onto the peaceful crowd; and
   7. Determine who committed perjury in the courts to wrongfully convict the J6 Defendants.

4. JANUARY 6 VICTIMS’ COMPENSATION

4. 1. Prepare a procedure with the U.S. Attorney for Washington D.C. to settle the claims of the J6 Patriots and others, including innocent police similar to the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) under the DOJ.
   2. Find means of educating the public of the harm done to the innocent individuals who came to protest.

5. PARDONS

Expand to review all which were rejected in your administration, to see who else requires a pardon.  This requires a great number of pardons being granted, as the weaponization under Garland was massive.

6. COVID-19

8. 1. Determine who conducted criminal activity, domestically and internationally as to COVID-19. 

            i.    Who was responsible for creating the virus, itself? 

          ii.    Who did what, including Fauci? 

8. 2. Who was responsible for denigrating Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine? For what purpose?
   3. What are the actual effects of the COVID 19 vaccination.  Was there fraud?
   4. Is anyone criminally responsible for the deaths in nursing homes or otherwise?

7. PLAN OF ACTION

The DOJ and its 40 Agencies are most probably too large.  With the decriminalization of marijuana and other drugs, which could have been as high as 25% of the prosecutions which are gone, there are simply not enough bank robberies to go around.

As such, where some tolerance was accepted for minor transgressions, now, there are police and prosecutors who need to rationalize their existence by pursuing minor offences with a pretense that they are major crimes.

The steps needed are to First, recruit the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA) coupled with the Justice Management Division (JMD) and the Weaponization Department to perform a departmental review to find and flag wrongful prosecutions against innocent or nearly innocent targets.

Secondly, deal with those defendants, with agreements which call for dismissal and prevent retaliatory lawsuits.  Thirdly, gain the cooperation of the U.S. Attorneys to assign the AUSAs to work with the Weaponization Department to pursue the prosecutions above.

8. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CORRECTIONS, BUREAU OF PRISONS.  There are numerous prisoners who need to be released early.  Hence, there is a need to have programs which apply.

9. FBI, ATF, DEA, as with the AUSAs, these police agencies need to be directed to larger criminal activity, such as the investigations needed regarding Election Fraud and Weaponization which had occurred.  Then, the goal should be to reduce these agencies by attrition.  At the same time, senior members of law enforcement must be retained, which is not the case, now.  Experience is valuable.

10. Implement the OFFICE OF LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS (OLA) to make recommendations to Congress to enhance the administration of justice.  This includes seeking legislation with improvements in transparency, such as requiring the federal courts all be provided with cameras, as are most states at this time.

There is no reason that justice should be administered in the dark.  Federal courts all prohibit anyone from bringing in cameras or recording devices.  Also, our DOJ has become an overbearing agency which puts so much pressure on those who are accused to plead guilty that many innocent defendants plead guilty to avoid prosecution of their spouses or other family members.

Worse, the sentences for “renting the courtroom” meaning for trying cases is far too wicked.  Legislation is needed for free rent, and the ramifications for violating DOJ policies of fair settlement negotiations must be given teeth.  Moreover, the frequency of Brady violations has gotten too frequent.  Procedures must be put in place to rectify the wrongful practices of police and prosecution personnel.
