Jack Innanen Teases 'Heated Rivalry' Season 2 Casting, Says He's Had 'Conversations'
Is Jack Innanen really joining the cast Heated Rivalry?!
Every since it was announced that the Crave gay hockey series had been renewed for a second season, fans have been dream casting the 27-year-old Canadian actor/comedian to play either Wyatt Hayes or Troy Barrett.
While attending the series premiere of the new Netflix series Big Mistakes, which he will be starring in, on Monday (April 6), Jack teased that he’s had “conversations” about joining the Heated Rivalry cast.
Keep reading to find out more…“I’ve had some… conversations. We’ve chatted,” Jack told Entertainment Tonight when asked if he’s been in touch with Heated Rivalry creator Jack Tierney or anyone from the cast.
When pressed if he’s officially booked a role in season 2, Jack motioned that his lips are sealed.
“Who knows?” he playfully replied.
Previously, Jacob – who is the show’s creator, writer and executive produce – teased that while the next season will focus on Shane (Hudson Williams) and Ilya (Connor Storrie) from “The Long Game,” there will be elements from other books added in, like the addition of Troy Barrett from the fifth book, “Role Model.”
Then in a recent interview, Jacob confirmed that these two plot points from “The Long Game” will definitely be featured in season 2!
