The good news is that the NBC comedy has already been renewed for Season 3.
Back in February, NBC confirmed that St. Denis Medical will return for a third season as part of the 2026-2027 TV lineup.
The network praised the show’s performance, noting it has been one of the strongest comedies on broadcast TV right now. In fact, it’s reportedly the only primetime comedy across major networks to grow its audience in the key 18-49 demo this season, per Deadline.
The ensemble cast includes Wendi McLendon-Covey, David Alan Grier, Allison Tolman, Josh Lawson, Kahyun Kim, Mekki Leeper, and Kaliko Kauahi.
