Obama Presidential Center museum ticket sales go live May 6
Tickets for the Obama Presidential Center museum will soon be available, officials announced Tuesday.
Founding member tickets will go on sale starting April 21. The general public will be able to purchase museum tickets starting on May 6, according to a spokesperson for the Obama Foundation. Illinois residents will receive free entry on Tuesdays.
All museum entry is timed-ticketed, and visitors are strongly encouraged to reserve tickets online in advance.
This round of ticket sales will include dates for June 19 through November 30, 2026. Tickets for future dates will be announced in advance. Sign up at obama.org to stay notified when future dates become available.
General admission tickets provide access to all four levels of the Museum, including the Oval Office replica. Adults 12 and older will pay $30 for a ticket, while children between the ages of 3 and 11 will pay $23. Kids 2 and under are free.
Most of the center's campus is free and will open to the public on June 19. This includes the gardens, walking trails, a playground, a branch of the Chicago Public Library, 28 newly commissioned artworks and more.
