Here’s the logline: Before he was Hulk Hogan, he was Terry Bollea. Uncover the man behind the legend in this unfiltered documentary featuring his very last interview.
The upcoming four-part Netflix Sports Series comes nearly a year after the WWE star passed away last summer following a heart attack.
In the trailer, Hulk looks back on his life and career “in his own words.”
“You really want me to tell the truth? Okay,” he teases. “I know where all the bodies are buried.”
Also featured in the doc is his ex-wife, Linda Hogan, who says, “We didn’t speak to each other anymore, but I realized, I still love him.”
At the end, Hulk says, “Terry Bollea was just a human being. But when I went in that ring, brother, I was Hulk Hogan. The character helps people. That’s all I know. I can’t predict what the final act of the story’s gonna be. But the legend of Hulk Hogan will live forever.”
Hulk Hogan: Real American will feature four episodes, approximately one hour each, and is set to debut April 22nd. Check out the trailer here!
