Limassol to host first Mediterranean leadership and coaching summit
The ICF Cyprus Chapter will host the first Mediterranean Leadership & Coaching Summit in Limassol on April 21, bringing together global experts, business leaders and coaching professionals to explore the future of leadership.
The event will take place at the Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol, marking what the organisers have described as “a pioneering regional conference focused on leadership in a rapidly changing environment”.
Held under the theme “discovering balance in an uncertain world”, the summit aims to provide practical tools, international insights and meaningful dialogue to help leaders manage complexity, lead with clarity and achieve sustainable performance.
The organisation and promotion of the event are being significantly supported by Action Global Communications, which is participating as a sponsor and strategic partner.
Through its involvement, the company is promoting and enhancing the conference’s visibility, underlining its commitment to strengthening business excellence and leadership in the eastern Mediterranean.
The summit reflects the growing role of coaching in organisational and personal development in Cyprus, highlighting its importance across industries.
“Our mission is clear to upgrade the coaching profession and maintain the highest ICF standards in Cyprus,” said ICF Cyprus Chapter president Yury Zachek.
“We actively collaborate with local businesses and educational institutions, fostering personal development and supporting employee growth across all sectors,” he added.
The summit will feature internationally renowned speakers, including Marilyn Atkinson, founder of Erickson Coaching International and a global pioneer in solution-focused coaching.
She will be joined by executive coach Sandra Da Silva, who brings more than 25 years of experience, as well as Niki Smyrni, founder and chief executive officer of Travelgems and transformational leadership expert.
Panayiotis Thrasyvoulou, partner in consulting at EY Cyprus, will also participate, sharing insights on leadership, emotional intelligence and resilience.
The programme will include keynote sessions and panel discussions designed to bridge global expertise with local application.
It will also explore the role of artificial intelligence in decision-making, offering insights into how emerging technologies are shaping leadership.
In addition, participants will have access to interactive workshops designed for immediate organisational application, providing hands-on learning opportunities.
The organisers pointed out that the event is tailored for business leaders and entrepreneurs managing change, as well as human resources and learning and development professionals seeking to build a coaching culture.
It is also aimed at professional coaches looking to expand the impact of their work. Further information and registrations are available online.
