Matty Healy Gets Playful With Fiancée Gabbriette as He Kicks Off Birthday Week in LA

Matty Healy is celebrating the start of his birthday weekend with Gabbriette.

The frontman of The 1975, who turns 37 on April 8, was spotted out and about with his 28-year-old fiancée on Sunday (April 5) in Los Angeles.

The couple grabbed lunch at celeb hotspot Max & Helen’s in the Larchmont neighborhood before heading out for a casual gelato run nearby.

Matty and Gabbriette appeared to be in great spirits as they walked through the area, enjoying their treats and spending time together. At one point, the “Somebody Else” singer was seen playfully interacting with his girlfriend as they strolled, keeping things affectionate.

The pair were seen getting into their car afterward, where Matty continued the fun by making faces and dancing from the driver’s seat.

The duo similarly packed on the PDA during a stroll back in February.

Matty confirmed in December that his band has one or two albums on the way, saying: “We made two. It might be one, it might be two… but yeah, we’ve made two albums.”

Matty and Gabbriette announced their engagement in June 2024. The two were seen making out while out and about in New York City back in September of 2023, marking the first time they were romantically linked.
