Rumer Willis’ Unedited Breastfeeding Video Is Another Clapback at Parent-Shamers: ‘Sorry Not Sorry’
Rumer Willis is clapping back yet again at the parent-shamers with another uncensored breastfeeding video.
In case you missed it, the Sorority Row star shared a video of herself breastfeeding her three-year-old daughter, Lou, on Instagram as a clapback at the parent-shamers. She posted it with the caption reading, “Sorry not sorry.”
Willis wrote in text over the clip, saying, “When someone starts judging my parenting,” and fans could see her breastfeeding Lou while lounging on a comfy chair.
Despite this clapback, many people are saying things like: “What a ridiculous post. If you don’t want people in your business then keep it private” and “Do whatever you want but posting it on Instagram is literally asking for opinions that you know you won’t like.”
Willis has always been adamant about extended breastfeeding. She even said in 2025 that she was continuing to breastfeed until further notice. “I feel so grateful that our journey has been so incredible. Breastfeeding has been one of the most joyful and bonding experiences of my life with Lou, who is still nursing at 16 months,” she wrote on Instagram. “I don’t know when we will stop but I am sure we will figure it out together.”
Other stars who advocated for extended breastfeeding are Miranda Kerr, Alicia Silverstone, Coco Austin, and Mayim Bialik, to name a few.

For those who don’t know, in April 2023, Willis and Derek Richard Thomas, welcomed their daughter Louetta. The pair started dating in 2022, and were together until the summer of 2024. Rumer confirmed their split on Aug 22, per Instagram Story via UsWeekly, saying, “I am single-momming it and coparenting. I’m so grateful for Lou. She is the best thing in my life. I’m forever grateful I was able to have the time in that relationship for her to come into my life.”
In a recent interview with People, the RumerHasIt founder talked about how her intuition has never been stronger since becoming a mom and how she trusts it all the more. “As soon as I had her, it was like everything really clicked into place. It was exactly what I thought it would be. It also gave me a gift of knowing to trust my own intuition about what is right for me. I’ve never been happier in my life that I have this tiny little niblet,” she said.
