Dakota Johnson Seen With Former Fling Amid Reports of Her ‘Playing the Field’ in Dating
Dakota Johnson has been single for a while now, though she was seen with singer Role Model. However, multiple inside sources have claimed to People that she’s “playing the field at the moment” with dating. They even alleged her romance with Role Model was just a casual thing, but these new photos have everyone second-guessing those claims.
In case you missed it, fan photos were obtained by DeuxMoi, which they revealed on their Instagram with the caption reading: “DEUXMOI EXCLUSIVE…Despite reports of “playing the field”, Dakota Johnson and Role Model (aka Tucker Pillsbury) are still very much together as Deuxmoi reported earlier this month. Dakota and Role were spotted leaving the Paul McCartney concert together last night. ????@backgrid_usa.”

For those who don’t know, Johnson recently became single in the summer of 2025, having called off her engagement to her longtime partner, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. They started dating in 2017 after being set up by mutual friends, but they briefly broke up in the summer of 2019. However, they quickly reconciled, and they moved in together in 2021. Their engagement became public at the beginning of 2025, but sadly, Martin and Johnson seemingly called it quits for good in June 2025.
And since Dec 2026, it seems she and Role Model have been dating casually!
