As Violence in Germany Surges, AfD Launches ‘Knife App’
The Gateway Pundit has reported on the surge of violence in Europe as mass migration continues to overwhelm communities.
The Gateway Pundit reported that trauma surgeons recently sounded the alarm on a worrying uptick in cases of severe stabbing injuries requiring emergency care.
Over the last decade, hospitals logged 3,325 violent knife wounds, with the most dramatic rise occurring following the 2015–2025 migration wave championed by globalist politicians and the left-wing media, Die Welt reported. That is a surge of 50% in just four years.
In August of 2025, a 21-year-old American student was stabbed after standing up to two Syrian “Refugees” sexually harassing two young women in a Dresden tram.
In March 2025, police fatally shot an Afghan migrant who threatened a German citizen and law enforcement officers with a knife.
In January 2025, an Afghan migrant who was living in an asylum center was arrested for stabbing to death a two-year-old child and a 41-year-old man on a playground. Two others were also injured in the knife attack.
28-year-old Enamullah O had a history of violent attacks and was in Germany despite having an order to leave the country.
Workers at a nursery noticed the man acting suspiciously and decided to move the children inside. It was at that moment that the Afghan migrant attacked the children, killing a two-year-old and then killing a 41-year-old man who attempted to rescue the children.
European Conservative reports that the Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) has now launched an interactive online tool tracking knife attacks across Berlin, as rising violent crime becomes a central issue in the city’s election campaign.
The so-called “knife app” provides a detailed overview of incidents reported by police over the past 30 days, including an interactive map showing where attacks occurred, the number of injuries, and comparisons with official police crime statistics (PKS).
AfD leader Kristin Brinker accused the ruling CDU-SPD coalition of failing to provide sufficient transparency on violent crime, arguing that public concern over safety has grown. Domestic policy spokesman Thorsten Weiß said the platform is intended to highlight discrepancies between reported incidents and official data, and called on the Senate to publish more detailed information, including the nationality of suspects.
According to police crime statistics, Berlin recorded 3,599 knife attacks in 2025, a 5.5% increase on the previous year—equivalent to around ten incidents per day. Roughly half involved threats rather than physical violence. Police identified 1,906 suspects, 86% of whom were male and 56% non-German nationals. Around one third of suspects were under the age of 21.
