Today’s weather: Dust remains, snow possible in Troodos
Heightened levels of dust will remain in the air throughout Saturday, though dust levels are expected to gradually recede during the afternoon and evening.
Meanwhile, snow may fall in the Troodos mountains, while clouds and rain are expected in lower ground.
Temperatures are expected to rise to 20 degrees Celsius inland and on the coasts and eight degrees Celsius in the mountains.
Overnight, the skies are expected to remain cloudy, with isolated rain showers possible, while temperatures are expected to drop to eight degrees Celsius inland, 10 degrees Celsius on the south and east coasts, 12 degrees Celsius on the west and north coasts, and a single degree above freezing in the mountains.
As such, frost is expected to form in the early hours of Sunday morning, with Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday expected to bring with them increased cloud cover, localised rain, and isolated storms.
Temperatures are expected to remain stable over the coming days.
