Tiger Woods' Apparel Line Issues Major Announcement Amid DUI Fallout
Tiger Woods' Sun Day Red apparel line unveiled the first portion of its Spring Traditions collection on March 26, one day before the legendary golfer was arrested in Florida and charged with DUI, property damage and refusal to submit to a test.
On Friday, the final installment of Sun Day Red's Spring Traditions dropped for sale to the public as Woods prepares to take time away from the game.
Spring Traditions, Part 3 now available
A three-part collection, Spring Traditions is "rooted in the rituals and reverence of spring golf." The final Spring Traditions batch, released Friday, includes Sun Day Red x Vessel Legend Staff and Tote bags and a limited-edition Flagside Twll hat, among other items.
"Spring Traditions is about honoring what this time of year means to golfers everywhere," said Caje Moye, Sun Day Red's senior manager of product design. "There is a feeling that comes with this week. Anticipation, history, the sense that something significant is about to happen. We wanted this collection to carry that weight. The pinks and greens aren't just a color story; they're a nod to a landscape that every golfer in the world recognizes. The full collection spans polos, outerwear, accessories, and bags."

Woods taking time off
Woods,50, blew a 0.00 at the scene of his rollover crash last week but appeared inebriated, according to authorities, and admitted to taking pain medication earlier in the day. Two loose hydrocodone pills were found in the 15-time major champion's pocket.
This week, Woods waived his scheduled April 23 arraignment and is due back in court May 5. In the meantime, he is taking a leave of absence to "work toward lasting recovery."
“I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today. I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health,” Woods said. “This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery.
“I’m committed to taking the time needed to return in a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally. I appreciate your understanding and support, and ask for privacy for my family, loved ones and myself at this time.”
TMZ reported Friday that Woods' private plane has landed in Zurich, speculating that he might be entering rehab in Switzerland.
