Cyprus chamber of commerce announces tech matchmaking event at GITEX AI Europe
The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve) on Friday announced a matchmaking event at the upcoming GITEX AI Europe 2026 conference.
The event is being organised by Enterprise Europe Network Berlin-Brandenburg. It should be noted that the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce acts as the coordinator of Enterprise Europe Network on the island.
Keve described this as a leading global networking event in the field of technology and startups, bringing together companies, buyers and suppliers from across Europe.
According to the announcement, the initiative offers a unique opportunity to expand business networks and establish strategic partnerships through structured business-to-business meetings.
The meetings will be conducted in a format designed to maximise efficiency in terms of both time and cost, while supporting meaningful exchanges between participants.
Each meeting will last 20 minutes and will be pre-scheduled through a dedicated platform.
The sessions will take place in person at Messe Berlin on June 30 and July 1, 2026, as well as online on July 2 and July 3, 2026.
The physical meetings will be hosted at the Investors Lounge Hall 4.2 at Messe Berlin, providing a central hub for participants.
Participation in the matchmaking event, whether online or in person, is free of charge.
However, attendees wishing to take part in the in-person meetings will require a valid GITEX AI Europe ticket.
Participants may obtain a free day pass to the exhibition provided they secure a minimum of three confirmed onsite meetings, with an e-code issued a few days before the event upon request.
The registration deadline for the event has been set for July 3, 2026.
The organisers emphasised that the event is designed to support purchasers in identifying qualified suppliers through targeted one-to-one meetings.
It also aims to help market and sales managers connect with new European customers and enable product developers to explore partnerships in emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
Furthermore, participants will have the opportunity to present their products, services and projects, while arranging pre-scheduled meetings with potential partners.
The event is also expected to facilitate the generation of new business leads and allow companies to strengthen their presence in a competitive market environment.
