Investigation underway into alleged 'April Fools Prank'

Oklahoma City police are investigating after one or more of their officers apparently sent dispatchers a series of fake messages Wednesday night, including a claim a fleeing driver had thrown a baby out of a car window and run a person over—before then apparently telling dispatchers it was all just an April Fools prank.
