Why It's a Big Deal
REI just opened up a limited-time sale in its outlet section that has sunk the prices of gear from Patagonia, Osprey, and Vuori by up to 50% (or more, in a select few cases). This special sale features tons of camping gear markdowns, including a highly-rated tent from Big Agnes, one of today's top labels in backpacking.
The Big Agnes Wyoming Trail 2 Tent is on sale for $324 at REI right now, an awesome 50% discount from its normal price of $650. In addition to the sleeping area, it features a large covered vestibule that’s perfect for storing gear, changing clothes, or using as a daytime refuge from sun and rain. Although it’s designed for bikepacking, REI shoppers love it for car camping and motorcycle camping, too, and they say that having a huge vestibule to put all your gear in and just hang out out of the weather is a "game changer."

The sleeping area features two exits, one to the exterior and one that opens into the vestibule, which includes two large awning doors. Fly vents in the sleeping area help air circulate, and all of the tent’s doors have dual zippers for easy opening and closing.
Two mesh ceiling pockets and four corner pockets provide convenient places to stash small items while you snooze. A rain fly is included, and all of the tent’s seams are taped to keep water from leaking inside.
Finally, this tent was designed for convenient storage: The stuff sack has daisy chain webbing for strapping down to a bike, and it can be separated from the pole sack to equalize the weight on either side of a bike or motorcycle.
