Police make five arrests in All Saints Close, Swanscombe
Five people have been arrested after police descended on a cul-de-sac.
Police arrested a man in his 20s, two teenage boys and a woman and man, both in their 30s, in All Saints Close, Swanscombe yesterday evening (March 31).
An investigation is ongoing and the force says it is unable to provide any further details at this stage.
One woman who lives in the road, who wished to remain anonymous, says she was refused entry into her home at around 10pm.
She added: “There were loads of unmarked cars and police cars and at least 10 armed officers or more when I was returning home last night.
“The police sent me away with my special needs child and told me no one was to return to the property until further notice, so late last night I had to make arrangements to stay elsewhere last minute with just the clothes on our backs.”
All five people remain in custody.
