Fleetwood Mac's Lindsey Buckingham Attacked In Santa Monica, Woman Throws Unknown Substance On Him (Report)
Lindsey Buckingham faced a scary situation this week.
The 76-year-old former lead guitarist and vocalist of Fleetwood Mac reportedly arrived for an appointment on Wednesday (April 1), when he was attacked by a woman, per NBC4 Los Angeles.

According to reports, Lindsey entered a building in Santa Monica for his appointment when a woman threw an unknown substance on the musician before fleeing.
Police have identified the woman, who is said to be a stalker who is known from past incidents with Lindsey. An arrest is expected soon.
Luckily, Lindsey was not injured in this incident.
Lindsey Buckingham is best known for his time in Fleetwood Mac, where he served as lead guitarist and co-lead vocalist in two stints – from 1975 to 1987, and returning 1997 to 2018. If you didn’t know, after being asked to join the band, he had one stipulation – his music partner and girlfriend Stevie Nicks had to be included as well!
In addition to his work with Fleetwood Mac, Lindsey has also released his own solo music, with his first album, Law and Order, being released in 1981. He also penned two songs for National Lampoon’s Vacation, and performed as part of “We Are the World,” among many other accomplishments throughout the years.
