Latest planning applications in Dartford include erection of storage hub and bus shelter at Malt House Farm in Darenth
Proposals for a new storage hub and a bus shelter are among the latest applications submitted to Dartford council.
Plans have been lodged for the erection of a building and to change the use of land for storage and distribution, along with parking, hardstanding, fencing and even a bus shelter at Malt House Farm in Darenth.
The scheme would see the site transformed for logistics use.
Meanwhile, details have been submitted for phase two, which includes 265 new homes, and phase three, which proposes a further 163 homes at Stonepit in Greenhithe.
The submissions address details relating to reserved matters for the new homes, pursuant to condition 5 of the planning permission.
Separately, multiple submissions have been made relating to the prior approval of a 3G artificial grass pitch at Fleetdown United Football Club in Heath Lane.
The pitch will be owned and operated by the football club and the submissions include details on drainage, community use, maintenance and acoustic fencing.
The proposals are part of efforts to deliver a modern sports facility with floodlights.
Previous efforts to “fence off” part of the land had been rejected on two occasions.
Several applications relate to changes at the Storefast Estate in Southfleet, including retrospective permissions and drainage details tied to storage and industrial uses.
The submissions also include associated parking and hardstanding.
