"We set out to design a Business Class experience that is both sophisticated and authentically Alaska: premium, comfortable and thoughtfully created for our guests," said Andrew Harrison, executive vice president of Alaska Airlines.
The new business class will offer fully lie-flat seats, as well as privacy doors for the suite. Inside the suite is an 18 inch entertainment screen with noise-reducing headsets and outlets for charging. The suites will come with premuim bedding, and custom travel amenity bags and water bottle.
For food service, Alaska will offer an appetizer course followed by a menu of six entree options tailored for the flights destination. Examples on Alaska's website inlcude a pasta flight on a flight to Rome or gochujang chicken on a flight to Incheon. After dinner service, the flights will offer a premium dessert cart, inlcuding a customizeable ice cream sundae bar.
