Hooters Announces Wings for Less Than 5 Bucks, and It's Not an April Fools’ Joke
Understandably so, April 1 carries a lot of skepticism with it, given that it's April Fools’ Day in the United States. Historically, many jokes, pranks, and lies have been told on the day. That being said, Hooters announced they are running a great promotional deal on wings available one day only on April 1.
In this day and age, anytime you can find a restaurant offering a deal, you may want to jump at the chance to take it. Who doesn’t like to save a few dollars here and there?
Get 10 Hooters’ Wings for only $3.99
That’s right, Hooters is running a promotional special on April 1 that allows customers to get 10 wings for $3.99. Per the restaurant’s website:
“We're not fooling around this April 1st. Head to Hooters on April 1 and get 10 Bone-in or Boneless Wings for only $3.99!* Only available on 4/01/2026. Dine-in only. Requires purchase of any drink. Excludes Daytona Style Wings. Not to be combined with any other discount or offer. Management reserves all rights.’
So there are a few stipulations with the deal, most notably that this is a dine-in deal only and requires the purchase of a drink. Additionally, you’ll want to check with your local Hooters location to make sure the establishment is running the promotion.
Wings and NBA?

If you’re looking to take advantage of the deal on April 1, then why not make the best of the moment? As the NBA season inches closer to playoff time, the remainder of the regular season games are getting even more interesting to watch. On Wednesday, April 1, two games in particular would pair well with Hooters’ wings. At 7:30 pm ET, the Boston Celtics take on the Miami Heat, and at 10 pm PT, the San Antonio Spurs take on the Golden State Warriors. Both games will air on ESPN.
Despite many basketball experts already claiming that OKC’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has the 2025-2026 MVP race in the bag, April 1 will be another opportunity for the Celtics’ Jaylen Brown and the Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama to prove that they are still real contenders in this race.
