Arunachal opens biogas plant to switch from LPG
In a bold move towards achieving energy independence, Arunachal Pradesh has launched a biogas plant at the Central Cattle Breeding Farm in Nirjuli. This innovative facility will convert cow dung into clean biogas, providing a sustainable alternative for cooking and lighting, while simultaneously producing nutrient-rich slurry to enrich the soil.
