Former LDWF Secretary to change plea in bribery and fraud case

LAFAYETTE, LA. (KLFY) -- Jack Montoucet, former Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, will face a re-scheduled change of plea hearing, officials said.
